Bhawanipatna,News Today ,22nd October 2020 : Kalahandi district administration on Thursday issued guidelines for the upcoming Chatar Yatra celebration of Goddess Manikeswari on October 24.

The district administration announced imposition of Section 144 CrPC in Bhawanipatna town for three days from October 23 to 25. It has also imposed restrictions on entry of people into the town. More than four persons are not allowed to gather at one place. The Chatar Yatra will be celebrated following tradition sans crowd.
